In most cases, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. Once your request has been submitted, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email.
Please note that submitting this form does not automatically approve the return. We will review your request and send you the return instructions separately.
Important information
Products must be returned in accordance with our return instructions. For health and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed products if the seal has been broken after delivery.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product is faulty or we have agreed otherwise.
Please do not send any products back before receiving return instructions from us.
